The Website is owned and operated by Cosmydor Limited (hereby “Cosmydor”), a company incorporated under number 09785408 in England and Wales with a registered office at 135 Notting Hill Gate, London W11 3LB (United Kingdom).
BUYING ON OUR WEBSITE
What we sell
Cosmydor develops, produces and distributes cosmetics and home/bathroom accessories.
We take every care to ensure that the description and photos of our products are correct. However, they are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
When you order
Cosmydor has developed an e-commerce website under the url www.cosmydor.co.uk (hereby “the Website”).
To place an order through the Website you have to give us personal details when creating an account or ordering as a guest. Please take time to read and check your order before confirming it.
By placing an order through the Website you confirm that you have read, you understand and agree to our terms and conditions.
Our acceptance of your order will take place, and a contract will be formed between you and Cosmydor Ltd, only when the products have been dispatched to you.
If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered then we will not process your order and will inform you of this by email. If you have already paid for the product or service we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Price and Payment
All prices on our UK website are in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Any change in the VAT rate may be applied to the products.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to any order is the price indicated on our website at the time of submitting the order.
The price does not include any delivery cost, which will be added to the total amount due. See below for delivery costs.
You must pay the order amount at the time of submitting the order. We do not store credit card details.
Payments will be made through the secure PayPal and Stripe systems, which use the SSL "Secure Socket Layer" protocol, so that all information is encrypted by software and no third-parties may have access to this information during the processing of your payment for the Products.
Delivery
We endeavor to dispatch orders within 2 to 6 working days of receiving your order.
UK
- We ship your products from France or the UK, using La Poste, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Fedex, which usually deliver in between 1 and 3 days.
- FREE UK standard delivery on all orders over £50
- £4.90 on orders under £50
Europe
- We ship your products from France or the UK, using La Poste, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Fedex, which usually deliver in 3 to 5 working days.
- Free Europe delivery on all orders over £80
- £12 on orders under £80
International (outside Europe)
- We ship your products from France or the UK, using La Poste, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, Fedex, which usually deliver in 5 to 15 working days.
- Free Rest of the World delivery on all orders over £150
- £19 on orders under £150.
Returns and Cancellations
Please note that we are only able to accept returns and provide refunds for those orders placed on our website www.cosmydor.co.uk.
Products purchased from a physical store or from other websites are subject to the returns policies of the store or website from which they were purchased and are not eligible to be returned to us in accordance with these terms.
If you would like to cancel or return your order for any reason, please contact us first by email at customer@cosmydor.paris.
The usual procedure will be return it to us within 14 days from delivery. This cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and that are not suitable for return for reasons related to health or hygiene.
When you return the product in its original packaging, please let us know in a covering letter your order number, contact details, whether you want a refund or a replacement and the reason why you are returning the item.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the reason for the return is that the product is incorrect, mis-described or faulty (see below).
We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase and a tracking number.
In the specific case of damaged, faulty, incorrect items:
We hope that you are very happy with our products. If you return products to us because they are incorrect, mis-described or faulty, we will refund the price of the product in full together with the applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
Force Majeure
Events outside Cosmydor’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered Force Majeure, meaning that Cosmydor is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are, but not limited to; government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, epidemic, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The Force Majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
